Join us as a Regulatory Manager – Retail & Compliance

Drive compliance and customer trust at scale

At Three, compliance isn’t just about meeting obligations, it’s about delivering the right outcomes for our customers. We’re looking for a Regulatory Manager to lead across consumer regulation, compliance, and reporting, ensuring we operate with integrity at every touchpoint.
This is a key role with broad exposure across the business and real influence on how we deliver for our customers.

What else it involves

Lead compliance across consumer, retail, and service-related regulation
Ensure adherence to regulatory codes, reporting requirements, and governance frameworks
Partner with teams across the business to embed practical, sustainable compliance solutions
Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to ComReg and other bodies
Manage regulatory audits, investigations, and information requests
Translate regulatory change into clear, actionable guidance
Represent Three in industry groups and regulatory forums
Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and controls

The Skills we are looking for:

Strong understanding of consumer and telecoms regulation in Ireland
Experience managing regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks
Ability to influence and partner with non-technical stakeholders
Experience handling regulatory risk, audits, or investigations
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
Play a central role in protecting and enhancing customer trust
Influence how regulation is applied across a large, complex organisation
Work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
Be part of a business that puts customers at the heart of compliance
