Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Dublin team and play a central role in shaping the next generation of RxSense products. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and user experience — gathering insights, defining requirements, and collaborating with engineering to deliver innovative solutions that improve how millions of people access their prescriptions. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on product direction and delivery.

Main Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Gather customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
Prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and balance short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
Act as product champion within cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Monitor product performance, metrics, and feedback, and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role within technology or SaaS environments.
Proven ability to define product roadmaps and deliver features in an agile setting.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with engineering teams, ideally in distributed or international contexts.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
Background in healthcare technology, fintech, or other regulated industries a plus.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
