About Centralise

Centralise is a HubSpot Elite Partner and an Anthropic Claude Partner. We are a revenue systems integrator: we design, build and run the systems that connect a client’s marketing, sales and service functions so that revenue becomes predictable rather than accidental.

We are 28 people, fully remote across the UK. Delivery runs through pods — small, stable teams of a Solutions Architect and consultants — so you work with the same colleagues across engagements rather than being reassigned project to project.

The role

Our work is moving into more technically complex, data-led territory: enterprise clients, data warehouse integrations, and architecture that needs genuine depth rather than broad platform knowledge. This role is the delivery capacity behind that direction.

You are a consultant first — client-facing, commercially accountable, working to sprint plans against a fixed-scope Statement of Work. The difference is where you are pointed. Your workstreams are the ones with data volume, integration surface or custom logic behind them, and your build is held to an architect’s standard. You will report to a Technical Architect who sets the architecture; you own the build and the client relationship on your workstreams.

What you will be doing

Technical build. Deliver workstreams to an agreed architecture: data models, custom objects and associations, integration behaviour, error handling and complex data manipulation.
Migration and data. Mapping, de-duplication, reconciliation, testing and cutover on volumes where manual checking is not an option.
Integration. HubSpot APIs, custom-coded actions and n8n workflows, plus the specification work that sits in front of them.
HubSpot delivery. Standard configuration across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs — workflows, lifecycle, lead management, reporting. Technical depth does not excuse platform gaps.
Client ownership. Day-to-day contact on your workstreams: run the calls, answer the technical questions, escalate genuine risk to your architect early rather than absorbing it.
Documentation and enablement. Specs and handover notes another consultant can work from cold, and training that gets the client using what you built.

What we are looking for

Essential

Three or more years of hands-on HubSpot delivery across at least two hubs, with real depth in one.
Working knowledge of Enterprise features: custom objects, association labels, advanced workflow logic, lifecycle management, permissions and partitioning.
At least one CRM migration you were materially responsible for, including the data work.
Comfortable reading and reasoning about APIs, JSON payloads and automation logic. Writing production code is not required; understanding what a developer built is.
Client-facing delivery experience, including holding a position with a senior stakeholder who wants something that will not work.
Willing to challenge an architecture you think will not hold, rather than working around it quietly.
UK-based with the existing right to work. We cannot sponsor visas.

Desirable

Exposure to data warehousing and integration patterns — Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, ETL or reverse-ETL tooling.
Experience inside a HubSpot Solutions Partner (Diamond or Elite).
Practical use of AI tooling on technical work, and a view on where it fails.
Revenue or marketing operations background — you have owned the numbers, not just the tooling.

How we work

Fixed-scope Statements of Work delivered across five sprints in Teamwork. HubSpot runs our own business end to end. Internal and client automation is built in-house in n8n. As an Anthropic Claude Partner, AI is embedded in how we scope, document and QA work, and you will be expected to use it well. Remote-first and written-first: decisions live in writing. We operate an ISMS aligned to ISO 27001:2022, so client data handling is governed and trained.
