You may also manage defined work packages or smaller projects under the supervision of a senior Project Manager.

Organise project, design-team and client meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, presentations and other project communications.
Support the management of project scope and clearly record changes or additional client requirements.
Assist with project risk, opportunity, issue and change registers.
Monitor design-team resources, expenditure and progress against the agreed fee.
Support invoice preparation, forecasting and financial reporting.
Coordinate subconsultant appointments, deliverables and administrative requirements.
Support the management of statutory approvals, stakeholder interfaces and client review processes.
Help ensure that deliverables are coordinated, reviewed and issued through the agreed quality process.
Maintain effective document control and project records.
Support construction-stage activities, including reporting, meetings, RFIs, design changes, inspections and handover.
Promote collaboration, clear communication and accountability throughout the project team.

About you

An interest in developing a career in project and design management.
Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple actions and deadlines in a structured manner.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of programme, cost, scope and risk.
Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project scheduling tools.
