Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to manufacture precision parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
Program CNC machines as required, interpret G-code, and adjust programs to optimize machining processes.
Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Troubleshoot and resolve machining and machine-related issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Collaborate with team members and engineers to improve machine performance and production efficiency.
Stay updated on the latest CNC machining technologies and best practices.

Proven experience as a CNC Operative or Machinist in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming and operation, including G-code proficiency.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files accurately.
Skilled in using precision measuring tools and quality control techniques.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
