Description

At ELEMIS, exceptional customer experiences begin with exceptional education. Founded in 1989, we are a global British luxury skincare brand and proud B‑Corp. Today, ELEMIS operates across multiple markets, with strong presences in both the UK and U.S, and a growing international footprint.

Our award‑winning products and treatments blend nature’s finest botanicals with advanced scientific innovation, delivering high‑touch luxury experiences that are thoughtfully tailored to each individual. We welcome applicants of all genders, backgrounds, and experiences, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

As a Spa & Retail Trainer, you’ll bring our award-winning treatments and products to life through inspiring education and hands-on coaching. Working alongside Retail and Spa teams across your region, you’ll build their confidence, expertise and commercial capability—helping them deliver unforgettable experiences and achieve sustainable growth.

This is an exciting, highly visible opportunity for an engaging educator who loves developing people, connecting with customers and representing an iconic British skincare brand.
