🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

💼 Generate and qualify leads via outbound prospecting, cold calls, email outreach & social engagement
📞 Engage potential customers, build strong initial connections, and grow the pipeline
🧭 Understand client needs and provide tailored, consultative solutions
📊 Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling solution presentations
🤝 Collaborate with the wider sales team to execute successful sales strategies
🗂️ Maintain accurate CRM data regarding activities, pipeline, and interactions
📈 Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
🌟 Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full sales cycle

✅ Requirements

🇩🇪 Native/fluent German speaker + English C1
🌍 Additional fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus
📞 Proven success in outbound or B2B sales (ideally tech/SaaS)
🎯 Target-driven with consistent overachievement
⏱️ Strong time management and prioritization skills
🤝 Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
