Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, Go, Python).
Experience with software design and architecture, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in security, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Experience leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical projects.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems with a high degree of autonomy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale, high-availability distributed systems for identity management.
Lead the architecture and implementation of complex, multi-quarter projects, from initial design to launch.
Serve as a mentor for junior engineers on the team, providing design feedback and code reviews.
Enhance the security posture of our platforms by identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in account lifecycle workflows.
Collaborate with partner teams, including security, privacy, and infrastructure, to deliver scalable solutions and participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure the reliability and availability of our critical services.
