Overview

Help lead ELEMIS’ No. 1 store across the UK and Ireland

Set amid the rolling countryside of County Kildare, Kildare Village is one of Ireland’s most prestigious luxury shopping destinations. This is a rare opportunity to become a key leader within ELEMIS’ highest-performing store across the UK and Ireland. As Assistant Business Manager, you’ll work in close partnership with the Business Manager to drive the success of a fast-paced, high-volume luxury retail business, inspire a talented team of seven and deliver a client experience that reflects the exceptional standards of both ELEMIS and Kildare Village.

Acting as a role model on the shop floor, you’ll combine outstanding personal sales with hands-on coaching, strong commercial awareness and operational excellence. You’ll help maximise every opportunity for growth, develop the team’s confidence and expertise, and build meaningful client relationships that inspire loyalty.
