This is a remote opportunity for an Amazon PPC professional to support sellers, agencies, aggregators, and eCommerce brands across diverse product categories.
The role focuses on managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to improve visibility, sales, and advertising efficiency.
You will work with campaign structures, keyword research, bids, budgets, search-term data, and performance reporting.
The position combines analytical thinking with hands-on operational support and requires strong attention to detail.
You may contribute to product launches, seasonal campaigns, listing optimization, competitor research, and ongoing account improvements.
The role offers exposure to different client strategies and opportunities to develop expertise across Amazon PPC and eCommerce.
Candidates may be matched with part-time or full-time assignments depending on client requirements.

Accountabilities

Assist with creating, organizing, maintaining, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns based on client objectives and advertising strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and support budget allocation, bid adjustments, keyword optimization, and campaign structure improvements.
Conduct keyword research and search-term analysis to identify high-performing opportunities, expand keyword coverage, and manage negative keywords.
Track key advertising metrics including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales, identifying trends, anomalies, and performance issues.
Prepare recurring PPC reports, maintain campaign trackers, and organize documentation related to keywords, budgets, campaigns, and performance history.
Support product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and advertising setup while monitoring campaign and product performance.
Collaborate with listing and SEO teams to identify opportunities where listing improvements could contribute to stronger advertising performance.
Conduct competitor and marketplace research to support campaign optimization and broader eCommerce initiatives.
Follow client-specific workflows, SOPs, reporting schedules, and optimization processes while maintaining accurate and organized records.
Use approved AI and automation tools to support reporting, analysis, campaign workflows, and operational efficiency.
Identify optimization opportunities proactively and contribute to scalable PPC processes and continuous improvements.

Requirements

Experience in Amazon PPC, digital advertising, eCommerce, performance marketing, marketing support, or a related field; relevant experience as an Amazon PPC Specialist, Account Manager, Paid Media Assistant, E-commerce VA, or similar is valuable.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with professional communication and a high level of attention to detail.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, advertising metrics, and performance data.
Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and sales.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an interest in identifying trends and improving campaign performance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage recurring responsibilities and meet reporting deadlines.
Ability to follow standardized SOPs while adapting workflows to different client strategies and requirements.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn new advertising tools, technologies, strategies, and marketplace processes.
Amazon Seller Central experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
Experience with task and project management platforms such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is beneficial.
Familiarity with Amazon PPC tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Scale Insights, Perpetua, or Pacvue is a plus.
Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
Candidates will be expected to complete internal training covering foundational Amazon advertising workflows and performance metrics before consideration for active client placements.
