Your mission

You will own Output Sports' go-to-market in fitness, establishing it as a significant growth vertical for the business: scaling HYROX gyms onto paid tiers and leading strategy and execution for key partnerships and enterprise clients.

Reporting directly to the CEO & working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, you will turn emerging fitness products and partnerships into commercially successful offerings: developing market positioning, shaping launch strategies, driving customer adoption and conversion, and building scalable routes to market.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role.

What success looks like

A clear, prioritised fitness GTM strategy is established, with defined target customer segments, commercial objectives and routes to market.
Meaningful improvement in activation, adoption and paid conversion across the HYROX gym network.
Strategic partnerships are supported by actionable commercial and technical plans and measurable growth outcomes.
New fitness products and initiatives are launched effectively, with aligned positioning, pricing, marketing and sales execution.
A scalable commercial model is established, with clear evidence to support future investment in fitness growth.

Your responsibilities
Lead fitness market expansion and commercial growth

Develop and execute Output Sports' fitness go-to-market strategy across HYROX-affiliated gyms, fitness operators, enterprise gym chains and coaching businesses, identifying and prioritising the customer segments, distribution channels and commercial opportunities with the greatest growth potential.
Lead the conversion of Output Sports' existing HYROX gym network from free to paid offerings, working with Product, Marketing and Sales to improve onboarding and activation and demonstrate measurable value to gym operators and coaches.
Identify, develop and scale the commercial capabilities, partnerships and team structure required to support fitness growth, including recruiting and managing dedicated resources as the opportunity develops.

Develop and activate key partner relationships

Lead the commercial development of key strategic fitness partnerships, including HYROX365 and CENTR, building joint plans with clear objectives and milestones, and coordinating internal teams and partner stakeholders to deliver measurable customer acquisition, adoption and revenue growth.

Lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives and product commercialisation

Lead the end-to-end commercial launch of new fitness products, features and initiatives, coordinating product readiness, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and customer adoption, with clear ownership and success metrics from launch through to conversion and revenue.
Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure customer insight, market feedback and commercial performance inform product prioritisation, feature development and future go-to-market initiatives.
Work with Product and Marketing to refine fitness-specific positioning, pricing, packaging and value propositions, ensuring offerings address clear customer needs and deliver a compelling return on investment.

Develop strategic commercial opportunities and scalable routes to market

Build a pipeline of high-value commercial opportunities across enterprise fitness operators, strategic partners and distribution channels, using industry relationships to accelerate market access, validate new opportunities and generate commercial introductions.
Lead high-value opportunities from initial engagement through pilot, negotiation and agreement, working with the CEO on complex enterprise accounts.
Drive expansion within strategic accounts and maintain clear reporting on fitness growth, including customer acquisition, free-to-paid conversion, partner performance, enterprise pipeline and recurring revenue.

Fitness market insight

Build and maintain a strong understanding of the fitness technology landscape, commercial models, customer needs and competitive offerings.
Identify emerging trends and customer behaviours that may create opportunities for Output Sports to expand its fitness offering.
Test and validate new commercial approaches before committing significant resources, using customer feedback and clear success criteria to guide investment decisions.

Your profile

You are an entrepreneurial, commercially minded leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, aligns teams around a clear plan and thrives on building something from the ground up.

Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies within the fitness, fitness technology or closely related sectors, with measurable commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated success launching and scaling products, entering new markets or establishing new commercial business lines, ideally within a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment.
Deep understanding of the fitness industry and an established network of relationships with fitness operators, industry leaders, technology providers and strategic partners. Experience in HYROX, functional fitness or strength and conditioning is highly desirable.
Experience developing strategic partnerships and significant commercial opportunities, with the ability to negotiate and execute high-value agreements.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional commercial initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, aligning stakeholders and prioritising resources.
Analytical, data-driven approach, comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth business, testing hypotheses quickly and scaling what works.
