Gong is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Team Lead-dedicated to developing our most popular applications serving thousands of customers and constantly impacting Gong's user base to become raving fans of our product.

As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:

Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to shape the team’s roadmap, balancing both product goals and engineering priorities.
Lead by example, driving continuous improvement and optimization of the team’s products and infrastructure.
Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver a significant impact on both our wide platform and customers.
Coach, mentor, hire, and grow individuals on the team to reach their full potential.

You should apply if you are:

Previous experience leading a growing team.
Proven industry experience as a Senior software engineer
Strong technical background focusing on large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (advantage).
Experience with user-facing products (advantage).
Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
Most importantly, a passion for motivating, mentoring, and cultivating people.
