Reporting to the Commercial Centre of Excellence Manager.

The objective of this role is to deliver an excellent standard of Sales Support for both channel, AWS and xSP business. With this role you will be part of the European Commercial Centre of Excellence (CCE) Team and required to collaborate with all areas of the business working closely with the Field Sales teams, Marketing and Channel Partners. This role requires candidates to be highly motivated with excellent Communication and organisational skills. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Capable of effectively managing a high volume of Tier 1 clients in a demanding and high-profile region, ensuring top-tier service delivery, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Able to handle complex, urgent and critical situations with professionalism and efficiency, maintaining strong relationship with the BU.
Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments. Assist the sales team achieve their revenue number by advising them on quote structures, providing pricing and discounting advice and assisting with some operational admin tasks.
Communicating and advising sellers on pricing, applicable systems, processes, and procedures.
Initiate regular update meetings/conference calls with Sales teams with the purpose of keeping them informed of activities, performance, and general feedback.
Become familiar with all in-house systems which support the business and to continue to keep up to date with any new developments.

You have

Fluent written and spoken English, Spanish and Italian
Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar Sales/Customer support role
Good understanding and knowledge of the dynamics of a sales organisation
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Windows
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent administration, organisational, analytical and time management skills
An ability to multi-task and prioritise
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
Previous experience in the cyber security industry desired
