Meet the team:

As a Supervisor of IT Desktop Support, you will lead a team that provides and supports computer equipment for employees to allow them to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will be self-driven to provide outstanding service to Dexcom employees.

Where you come in: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10)

You will manage a Desktop Support Team that is responsible for the following functions:
- First line of support for manufacturing operations
- Configuration and deployment of computers and computer peripherals in hybrid work environment
- Escalations of incidents for employee computers, software, and peripherals
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and standards are being followed
You will coordinate with teams in Information Technology as well as external colleagues in providing effective support.
You will measure the performance of the team to the appropriate metrics.
You will monitor and communicate performance, adherence to SLA levels etc.
You will drive the improvements in documentation and Knowledge Base
You will be responsible for IT inventory, device, and equipment to ensure in good condition and safe to use by user.
You will own functional audit readiness with regards to ISO 27001 and Information Security Management Systems.
Other duties as assigned.

What makes you successful: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10)

You have minimum of 5-years of experience leading a Desktop Support or similar IT function.
You have experience with ServiceNow or any similar platform.
You have desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
You will maintain accurate IT asset inventory and assists in the acquisition, deployment, and support of IT assets.
You will participate in hardware and software solutions decision making process, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
You have people leadership experience support to the Service Desk Team including feedback and process improvement.
You will function as an escalation point for incoming incidents, problems, or requests.
You will communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
You must have show aptitude, initiative and follow through, and strong project management skills.
You need to adheres to Change Control Processes and Procedures.
You will ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA and PCI regulations and standards.
