Responsibilities

Develop and implement CNC programs for turning operations based on technical drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate CNC lathes, ensuring optimal machine performance and tool efficiency.
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy of components.
Conduct regular inspections of finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.
Document production data, including programming changes, tooling used, and inspection results.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices in CNC turning and machining technology.

Proven experience as a CNC Turning Programmer in a precision machining environment.
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Proficiency in operating CNC lathes and related machinery.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
