Join Crown

Crown Roofing & Cladding is seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team.

The role will support the effective coordination and preparation of projects across our operations in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Working closely with internal departments and project teams, you will help ensure that key requirements are coordinated and progressed ahead of project commencement and throughout the early stages of project delivery.

This is a highly mobile role, involving regular travel to Crown project locations across Ireland, the UK and Europe. The successful candidate must therefore be comfortable with frequent travel and spending time on site as required.

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, confident managing multiple priorities and comfortable working with people across different functions, locations and levels of seniority.

What we’re looking for

Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
Confidence working across different teams and levels of seniority
A willingness and ability to travel regularly
Experience in construction, engineering, project coordination or another fast-paced environment would be advantageous

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys a varied and fast-moving position rather than a purely office-based role, and who is comfortable working across multiple projects, teams and locations.

This is a highly mobile role, involving extensive travel across Ireland, the UK and Europe, including regular overnight stays and periods away from home.

As part of the Crown team, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including:

Pension scheme
Private medical insurance
HSF Health Plan
Ongoing training and development opportunities
Career progression opportunities within a growing international business
Company-supported travel and accommodation for business travel

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing international business and play an important role in supporting our project teams across Europe.
