Job Description & Summary

Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a positive impact.

At PwC Ireland, we uncover hidden talents, build lifelong relationships, and turn challenges into opportunities. We redefine possibilities for our clients and communities, empowering you to make a meaningful impact that extends far beyond our firm.

As part of our team—whether in Assurance, Tax, Specialised Assurance Services, or Consulting & Deals—you’ll engage in impactful projects with leading clients across diverse industries, contributing to the shaping of tomorrow.

From your first day, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative and inclusive culture where your ideas lead to real-world solutions. Our graduate programme supports your growth at every stage, combining hands-on experience with structured learning, professional qualifications, and mentorship. This is your chance to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully as we work towards excellence together.

Role Overview:

At PwC Belfast's Assurance practice, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on diverse projects that offer both challenge and reward. You'll collaborate with a variety of clients, from emerging start-ups to Northern Ireland's leading companies, gaining exposure across multiple industries. Our professionals utilise advanced analytics and technology to ensure the accuracy of financial information, assess internal controls, and provide strategic insights that drive client success.

As a graduate, you'll engage with stakeholders, financial controllers, and directors, building trusted relationships and contributing to the integrity of financial reporting. You'll gain hands-on experience in auditing processes, risk assessments, and advisory services, developing a comprehensive understanding of assurance practices.

PwC values collaboration and innovation, creating an environment where your ideas are appreciated and your development is prioritised.

You'll embark on the journey to achieve your Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) qualification, supported by exceptional training and mentorship to foster your growth in this dynamic field.

Who We’re Looking for:

Curious and Eager to Learn: You thrive in environments of innovation, embrace challenges, and are motivated to develop solutions that make a difference.

Strong Academic Background: You hold (or are on track to achieve) at least a 2.1 degree (or equivalent), equipped with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Growth-Oriented: You are ready to refine your talents through feedback, coaching, and continuous learning opportunities.

Collaborative and Proactive: You excel in teamwork, communicate effectively, and take initiative when it counts.

Inclusive and Open-Minded: You value diverse perspectives, actively working across industries and teams to drive impactful change.

Our commitment to you!

At PwC, we recognise that every graduate's journey is unique, and we're committed to supporting your professional growth with benefits that align with your lifestyle and aspirations. Our flexible benefits plan enables you to customise your package, ensuring it meets your individual needs.
