Role overview:

The senior role is within the Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting team that operates within the Global Fund Services team at Citi. The role within the team is multi-faceted and requires a dynamic individual to join the team, with a focus on service delivery, as well as strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely and accurate deliverables to clients for Financial reporting deliveries
Flexibility to also ensure timely and accurate Client and Regulatory reporting deliverables
Strong client relationship management focus
Strong stakeholder relationship management focus
Responsible for the coordination of the year end external audits for Irish and Luxembourg domiciled clients
Review of Financial Statements and supporting schedules produced from the Confluence Unity Platform
Ensuring a high degree of governance adhered to within the team
Involvement / Leading strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent experience
ACCA/CPA/ACA qualification / part-qualification
At least 3-5 years experience in a reporting department within a fund administrator or the audit division of a big 4 firm
Strong technical expertise on accounting for financial instruments and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
Strong communications with practical experience in dealing directly with clients and presenting at board and client meetings.
Good organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a workload.
Keep up to date with on accounting standards and regulatory change and ensure a consistent approach is applied by the team to any new changes.
