Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organised and client-focused Receptionist to manage our ground floor and sixth floor reception areas in Mason Hayes & Curran. The successful candidate will provide a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors, support the smooth running of daily operations, and ensure meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors, providing a professional and courteous reception service.
Manage emails, telephone messages, taxi bookings and general reception administration.
Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Condeco and other office systems to support daily operations.
Prepare meeting rooms, check IT equipment and arrange refreshments as required.
Notify relevant solicitors promptly of client arrivals and escort visitors to meeting rooms where appropriate.
Manage incoming and outgoing post and monitor temporary access cards.
Maintain clean, tidy and presentable reception areas.
Follow the firm’s confidentiality, security and health and safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

Previous reception or administrative experience is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and other office applications.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and work proactively.
Professional, approachable and discreet, with a strong commitment to client service.
