Salary per hour (exc. super): $52.49
Hours per fortnight: Up to 76 hours (positions available in Castlemaine and/or Bendigo Office)
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time/ Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)

The Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessor is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for older people within the Aged Care Planning Regional area of Victoria (VIC 3 – Loddon Mallee). This role forms part of the My Aged Care Single Assessment Workforce, delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments that support older Australians in accessing appropriate aged care services.

The position involves face-to-face assessments requiring travel across the region and or remote assessments via telehealth or phone. As well as undertaking comprehensive assessments, you will also work in the Intake/Triage area. As a clinical member of the assessment team, the role also provides clinical expertise and guidance to Non-Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors, ensuring assessments are accurate, holistic, and aligned with relevant aged care standards and policies.
