SUMMARY

The Junior Stores Person - Administration assist the senior stores staff in carrying out their tasks while monitoring the required daily and monthly checklists.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Management of the daily goods inwards process of parts to the bonded stores in accordance with goods inwards procedures and regulations.
Delivery of production requests to the floor in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Leaving Certificate (Leave Cert) or equivalent.
No prior aviation work experience required.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in aircraft maintenance.
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
