This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist based in Ireland.

This hands-on role will drive demand generation across a diverse mix of paid, owned and community marketing channels.
You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, webinars, events and community platforms.
Working closely with Growth Marketing and Marketing Operations, you will ensure campaigns are well executed, automated, tracked and continuously improved.
The role is highly execution-focused, with direct ownership of campaign performance and day-to-day optimization.
You will use data to identify underperformance, uncover opportunities and run practical experiments that improve results and pipeline generation.
With demand-generation foundations continuing to evolve, you will have meaningful space to introduce ideas and improve how campaigns are delivered.
This is a fully remote opportunity in a fast-moving SaaS environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.

Accountabilities

Execute demand-generation campaigns end to end across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community channels such as Reddit.
Own campaign builds, launches, daily management, optimization and performance improvements across assigned channels.
Manage campaign timelines and coordinate delivery with the Growth Marketing Manager and wider marketing team.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data and proactively identify risks, inefficiencies and opportunities.
Develop and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences designed to convert event and webinar engagement into qualified pipeline.
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are properly configured, automated, integrated and accurately tracked from end to end.
Research industry developments and competitor activity and translate relevant insights into campaign improvements.
Test new approaches, channels and campaign variations based on performance data and changing business priorities.
Maintain a high level of execution quality and attention to detail across multiple campaigns and marketing activities.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience building, managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
Strong practical paid media expertise combined with broader experience in email marketing, nurture sequences, webinars, events or community marketing.
Demonstrated ability to personally execute campaigns rather than primarily managing external teams or delegating campaign execution.
Execution-first mindset with strong attention to detail and a willingness to work directly in marketing platforms on a daily basis.
Strong analytical instincts, with the ability to identify performance patterns, investigate issues and take proactive corrective action.
Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed about campaign activity, performance and recommendations.
Adaptability and comfort switching between different channels and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity and campaign execution, with concrete examples of applying AI effectively in day-to-day work.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
