This role sits at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and marketing technology, driving the evolution of a large-scale customer engagement platform used by global brands. You will be responsible for shaping product direction across AI-powered marketing and CDP-driven personalization capabilities, ensuring that complex customer data is transformed into meaningful, high-impact user experiences. Operating in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment, you will collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to define, prioritize, and deliver next-generation product features. The role requires strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of AI-enabled product development, and the ability to translate market needs into clear product vision. Accountabilities:

Define and drive product strategy across AI-powered marketing technology and B2B SaaS customer engagement solutions.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, prioritization, development, and launch of new features and capabilities.
Translate complex customer needs, market trends, and data insights into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable and impactful product experiences.
Lead product discovery efforts, including user research, competitive analysis, and validation of new AI-driven use cases.
Define success metrics and continuously analyze product performance, user behavior, and engagement to optimize outcomes.
Ensure alignment between product vision and business strategy across multiple stakeholder groups.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a deep understanding of AI-driven systems and data-powered platforms. You are both strategic and execution-focused, capable of leading complex initiatives while maintaining clarity across technical and business stakeholders.

6+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech environments.
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model behavior considerations such as bias and hallucinations.
Hands-on experience working with AI model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product initiatives end-to-end.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
Ability to translate customer needs into detailed product specifications and scalable solutions.
Experience working in agile product environments with fast iteration cycles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.
Fluent in English (additional language skills such as Turkish are a plus depending on team context).
