Your Impact
We are seeking a Senior Software Implementation Engineer to lead and deliver complex enterprise deployments of Acre’s software platforms across customer environments. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced engineer capable of owning customer implementations end-to-end from technical architecture and configuration through go-live and operational stability with minimal reliance on Product or R&D teams.

You will operate as the technical authority on delivery projects, bridging product capabilities with real-world customer infrastructure and ensuring deployments are secure, scalable, and production ready.

This role is suited to engineers who have previously worked in software consulting, solutions engineering, or deployment engineering and are comfortable independently implementing complex systems in customer environments.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

7+ years implementing enterprise software solutions in customer environments
Background in software consulting, deployment engineering, or solutions engineering
Proven experience independently delivering complex production systems
Experience leading technical implementations without engineering dependency
