KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement Orion Ireland brand plans to sustain strong in-market growth, whilst aligning to Orion’s global therapy area objectives.
Drive strong alignment between sales and marketing functions to enhance cohesion, efficiency, and overall business impact
Lead and monitor multi-channel promotional campaigns.
Design and Deliver product related onboarding and continuous development programs for new and existing team members.
Manage product launches and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
Monitor brand performance using KPIs and ROI metrics; recommend optimizations.
Foster strong collaboration between medical and marketing functions to ensure all marketing activities comply with IPHA, HPRA & SI. NO.541 of 2007 standards of compliance
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and external partners
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand decisions.
This role demands strong cross functional collaboration with Country Manager, Medical, Sales, Global Marketing, Business Insights and external key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences, marketing (or equivalent) preferred.
Up to date working knowledge of IPHA Code, HPRA Guidelines and SI.541.
Relevant pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience.
Knowledge of Irish healthcare system in both primary and secondary care.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Familiarity with Vault VEEVA CRM and PROMOMATS preferred
