About the role

In this role, you'll own our inbound motion generating demo bookings for our EMEA Sales teams, including non-English speaking countries like Spain, France, and Germany. You will manage a multi-million dollar annual budget and own the growth strategy across channels such as Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, and Email.

You should be ARR-obsessed and constantly thinking of A/B tests that will drive incremental revenue and ensure there are no leaks in the funnel. We’re looking for someone who goes beyond channel execution and finds pockets of gold in the database and regularly thinks up new automations that double the team’s output.

This is a Senior, team lead position. You should have people management experience and a proven ability to build a high performing team. We’re looking for someone who can motivate people to do the best work of their careers, whether they’re a direct report or a cross functional collaborator.

You'll have a very close partnership with the regional Sales teams as well as our centralised marketing, regional demand generation, operations, and analytics teams (among others) in order to efficiently drive revenue. You should have demonstrated experience of successful Sales and Marketing alignment across multiple markets and languages.

Hamid, a partner at Kleiner Perkins, recently said that "Rippling's growth is in the 1% of the 1%. At their scale, they are one of the fastest growing companies in the world." As a member of our growth team, you'll own the end-to-end performance of your channels, diligently optimising while also exploring new and creative ways to inflect growth.
