Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations roles within a manufacturing or technology environment.
Experience working with material readiness (i. e., bill of materials, production schedules), production control, or supplier performance management, across all phases of product life-cycle, from prototype to mass production to end of life.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in data center, construction, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, or capital equipment supply chains.
Experience in discussing early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
Experience delivering products and managing large projects; with knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to customize communications based on the audience, interacting effectively with technical, non-technical, and executive groups.
Ability to work in a highly ambiguous/unstructured environment, employing critical thinking and sound judgment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end material and supply chain readiness to ensure a "clear-to-build" status for data center equipment, including the execution of plans for global production ramp and availability.
Establish and institutionalize new processes and frameworks for material, inventory, and production management to reduce lead times and increase global supply chain capacity.
Act as the primary liaison with suppliers to manage production schedules, purchase orders, and material commitments, including inventory buffers and risk buys.
Assess and communicate supply chain risks, developing mitigation plans and documenting global supply chain maps to ensure continuity across procurement, logistics, and fulfilment.
Lead collaboration with engineering, planning, and category managers to represent supply chain status in program meetings and drive optimizations to team scale and capability.
