We are seeking an Associate to join our Investor Portal Operations (IP Ops) team based out of Wexford, Ireland and supporting our anchor client, Apollo Global Management. This team is part of the broader Client & Sales Operations team and is responsible for managing investor reporting workflows via the client's Investor Portal, along with the back-end systems that support the broader investor reporting ecosystem.

This role combines client relationship management with technical and operational expertise to ensure seamless portal functionality, secure client access, and effective system integration and issue resolution. The Associate will serve as a key team member, supporting data and document deliverables across client-facing platforms and acting as a consistent liaison between business stakeholders and, as needed, technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Portal Management

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across Alchelyst’s anchor client, Apollo Global Management regarding investor portal workflows, including:
- Data and document publication
- Configuration of new funds
- User access and profile management
Ensure all data and document publication timelines are met, and any workflow issues are identified, escalated, and resolved appropriately.
Collaborate with client’s Product, Sales, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Function as a first-level escalation resource within the IP Ops team, supporting junior team members in troubleshooting moderately complex issues.
Serve as a second-level escalation point for portal access issues, including login failures, document visibility issues, and related user access concerns.

Process Improvement

Track, document, and communicate process and technology enhancement opportunities, raising relevant items through appropriate forums (e.g., manager meetings, senior forums, technology collaboration calls).
Proactively participate in strategic discussions related to team direction, platform evolution, and workflow optimization.
Provide actionable input on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and control.

Administration & Case Management

Utilize available case management and workflow tools to triage incoming inquiries and manage workload distribution across the team.
Monitor team KPIs and maintain oversight of assigned cases to ensure timely, accurate completion while minimizing open or aging items.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience within the funds industry, with a focus on investor reporting and/or client-facing operational roles and familiarity with reporting requirements specific to private funds is an added advantage.

This role requires significant engagement with US-based client stakeholders. The working hours are 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Ireland time.
