What You’ll Do

· Lead and support a small team of fundraisers across Ireland

· Train, coach, and motivate new starters

· Help your team hit daily and weekly targets

· Fundraise door-to-door alongside your team and lead by example

· Create a positive, high-performance culture

What You’ll Bring

· Great communication and leadership skills

· A positive, can-do attitude

· Experience in fundraising, sales, or team leadership (preferred, not essential)

· Confidence working outdoors and travelling locally

· Hands-on approach – you lead from the front

What’s in It for You

· €30,000–€35,000 base salary (DOE)

· €12,000+ uncapped commission

· Car allowance + daily lunch allowance
