Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting and mobility

Assist with rehabilitation exercises and safe use of mobility aids
Accurately record care provided and report any changes in clients' condition
Support the wider team with cover for annual.
