This is a high-impact role offering full ownership of business development across Ireland, with the autonomy to build relationships, win new business, and grow an existing client pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development across Ireland
Leverage your existing network to generate new opportunities
Manage and grow existing key client relationships
Win new business across developers, contractors, and consultants
Represent the business in Ireland and build market presence
Work closely with the UK delivery team

Proven track record in construction, modular, or offsite sectors
Strong network within the Irish market
Commercially driven and confident at senior level
