We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant/Chef de Rang to join us at the Bishops Buttery our Michelin star Fine Dining Restaurant in the luxury Cashel Palace Hotel.

A Palladian manor, in the heart of Ireland, Cashel Palace is a luxury hideaway, meticulously restored and exquisitely reimagined. Spectacularly located by the Rock of Cashel in picturesque Co. Tipperary, the hotel is enveloped in nature and overlooked by ancient history.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Food & Beverage Team to ensure all guests receive an excellent experience in the Cashel Palace Hotel.
Ensure service standards are kept to the highest level whilst continually looking for areas to improve.
Work with and assist the Food & Beverage Team where necessary.
Connect with colleagues and guests alike in a positive and friendly manner.
Attend various trainings that will help to develop you in your career.
Experience is essential.
