The opportunity

We are currently seeking applications at the Consultant level. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients to solve their most difficult and important challenges. In EY-Parthenon Strategy, we work alongside our clients to help them prepare for the future. EY-Parthenon has a flat structure which will allow you to become actively involved in many levels of client work.

The team adopts a methodical and collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they are faced with. Examples of the work you will be involved in include

Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy – including defining the organisation’s purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance
Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients
Developing a community within the team by building initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, and supporting internal team activities
