A bit about the job:

We’re looking for a Client Service Associate to join our Distribution team in Dublin on a full-time basis. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting strategic growth. As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, managing day-to-day interactions across a range of asset classes. You’ll ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory, fund, and market reports, resolve technical queries, and coordinate legal documentation. Your role will be key in maintaining a high level of client retention and promoting a culture of service excellence across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure our clients receive a seamless experience, while also contributing to the wider business development efforts. From attending client meetings to maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, you’ll be a trusted point of contact who helps shape a positive market perception of Aviva Investors. Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Strong understanding of business development processes within Insurance and/or wealth markets, with the ability to identify cross-selling opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
Proven experience in client service delivery, including managing relationships, resolving queries, and coordinating pitches, updates, and events.
Solid knowledge of asset management or insurance operations, particularly within a distribution function, and familiarity with marketing campaigns and communications.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships across teams.
Highly organised and motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing client needs with business objectives.
