As a Production Supervisor at Vantive, you are an empowering and engaged leader who listens, supports, and inspires through action. In this role, you will be a key driver of day‑to‑day production success, ensuring that our operational goals are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the vital link between our business objectives and the teams delivering excellence on the production floor.

Responsibilities of the role:

Operational Leadership

Own all production activities within your assigned area, ensuring delivery against Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Service targets.
Drive continuous improvement across departmental KPIs through proactive monitoring, problem‑solving, and coaching.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Build strong, effective working relationships with cross‑functional partners including Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Product Development.
Ensure all stakeholders understand performance expectations, KPI drivers, and departmental priorities.

Compliance & Standards

Maintain high standards of EH&S, 6S, GMP compliance, and overall housekeeping within your area.
Make timely, informed decisions on product rejects, process stops, and quality‑related escalations.

Performance Reporting & Communication

Deliver accurate and timely performance updates to management.
Lead and communicate effectively during Tier meetings, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

Champion and support improvement initiatives, projects, and operational excellence activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required

3-5 years’ experience in a high volume, multinational manufacturing environment, preferably healthcare.
Demonstrated ability to deliver strong results across Safety, Quality, Cost, and Service metrics.
Proven leadership presence: professional, positive, and role‑model behaviour.
Strong interpersonal and team‑development skills, including coaching, training, performance reviews, and feedback.
Experience managing team performance including attendance, timekeeping, and conduct.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience within a Manufacturing or Production environment and working knowledge of GMP.
Ability to interpret and analyse department performance data, including efficiency metrics and overtime usage.
