Aureol Global Connections is seeking two talented Precision CNC EDM Programmers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement CNC EDM programs derived from technical drawings and specifications to achieve optimal machining results.
Set up, calibrate, and operate EDM machines, including both wire and sinker EDM equipment.
Monitor and adjust machining processes as necessary to maximize efficiency and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address challenges and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Document production data meticulously, including machining time, part counts, and any deviations.
Uphold safety and quality standards consistently throughout the machining process.
Continuously update knowledge of EDM technology and best practices in precision machining.

Demonstrated experience as a CNC EDM Programmer or in a similar role within a precision manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of EDM processes, programming methodologies, and CNC machine operations.
Ability to interpret and analyze complex technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Familiarity with programming software relevant to EDM machining.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality components.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with quality management practices and ISO certification is advantageous.
