Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, account management, marketing, consulting, or media.
Ability to communicate in English and Greek fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in hunting and acquisition within a start-up environment.
Experience in owning portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieved quotas to drive growth.
Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans, with excellent investigative skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth targets, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
