Responsibilities

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
Conduct site visits to gather information for cost assessments and project evaluations.
Help monitor project expenditures and track financial performance.
Work with senior quantity surveyors to analyze contracts and manage variations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
