PROVEN SALES PERFORMERS – THIS IS YOUR KIND OF ROLE

This opportunity is not for trainees.

It’s not for order-takers.

This role is for experienced sales professionals across Ireland who have a true hunter mentality - people who know how to build territory, open key accounts, and consistently deliver commercial results.

As we continue to expand our European market-leading groupage network, we’re looking to connect with individuals who can:

Confidently navigate complex B2B logistics sales
Engage and influence senior decision-makers
Turn relationships into long-term, profitable accounts
Take ownership of their territory and pipeline
Drive new business while developing existing opportunities

You’ve done this before.

You understand the pressure.

You know what it takes to win.

Why this opportunity stands out

A well-established logistics brand with genuine market credibility
A business in growth mode across Ireland
A high-performing European road freight network
Autonomy and influence within your role
Your results are recognised and rewarded, not lost in the crowd

And the key difference

Strong, competitive base salary – providing stability you can rely on
Structured performance bonus that genuinely rewards results

This is a package designed for consistent performers - not risky, commission-heavy models.

This role is suited to proven logistics sales professionals who want to build long-term success within a growing international organisation.

If you’re based in Ireland, have a track record in freight forwarding, road freight, or logistics sales, and are looking for a larger platform to grow your success

Benefits

Modern working environment with flexible working hours to support your work-life balance
Provident Fund contributions made by both employee and employer
A sustainably growing, family-owned business with diverse tasks in one of the industries of the future
Comprehensive onboarding program and long-term career planning through the DACHSER Academy
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support your mental well-being and personal resilience
