Responsibilities

Assist in the processing of documents and data entry to maintain accurate records.
Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness in all processing tasks.
Support workflow management by coordinating tasks between departments and team members.
Maintain organized files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient practices.
Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks performed.

Prior experience as Processing or Documentation Staff in a Recruitment Agency is a MUST.
Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or processing roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in documentation.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using office software, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
