Accountabilities:

Lead and scale multiple engineering teams focused on applied AI and automation technologies

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams to align on strategy and execution

Requirements:

Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven platforms
Proven track record of building and delivering AI-powered products at scale
Hands-on experience with LLMs, machine learning systems, and end-to-end product integration
Strong technical background with the ability to make architectural and strategic decisions
Experience leading and growing high-performing, distributed engineering teams
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving technologies
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
