Lead cross-functional execution from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption and sustained benefit realization.
Track milestones, risks, constraints and adoption; resolve issues or escalate them to regional and Productivity COE leadership.
Apply global standards, methods and tools consistently while adapting execution to regional field needs.

3. Govern productivity and GM outcomes

Provide regional approval for opportunities before submission to the Action Tracker and ensure required business-case and validation standards are met.
Validate headcount avoidance, gross margin and service profitability benefits with Finance, Analytics and business stakeholders.
Maintain transparent portfolio status, forecast, risks and benefit-realization reporting.

4. Lead regional alignment

Partner with Field Service Operations, site leadership, Finance, Data & Analytics and functional teams to accelerate delivery.
