Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supervisor to join a day service supporting adults with autism in Tallaght.
This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports, enabling individuals to live independently, develop skills, and actively engage in their communities.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team to deliver person-centred care
Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual care plans
Promote independence, community participation, and skill development
Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care
Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs
Experience supervising or managing a team
Strong understanding of social care legislation and best practice
Knowledge of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work on own initiative and manage team rotas
Experience leading meetings and supporting staff
Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
