Merchandiser – Danone

Location: Dublin & surrounding areasContract: 6-Month fixed term contract, Full-time

Salary: Up to €29,454 per annum (pro rata), including performance-related bonus, daily lunch allowance, company van and fuel card

As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in enhancing the visibility and in-store presence of Danone’s leading brands across convenience and independent retailers in your territory. Your focus will be on ensuring products are consistently well-presented, fully stocked, and aligned with brand standards to maximise sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Merchandising products and maintaining high standards of in-store presentation
Ensuring shelves are fully stocked and planograms are correctly implemented
Building and maintaining positive relationships with store staff
Identifying opportunities for additional displays and improving product visibility
Supporting promotional activity and new product launches
Providing feedback on store conditions and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a merchandising or retail role (FMCG experience desirable)
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards in-store
A proactive, reliable self-starter who can work independently
Good communication skills and ability to build relationships in-store
Passion for Danone’s brands, products, and sustainability values
Full Irish driving licence (no more than 6 points or bans)
Comfortable with daily travel across Dublin
Ability to undertake manual handling/heavy lifting
