Hybrid role requiring the successful candidate to be on site 50% of the month in Little Island, Cork and 50% working remotely.

Responsibilities:

The primary role of the EMS Graduate Associate is to provide excellent contracting and payment support to the external Healthcare Professional (HCPs) as well as the internal affiliate business partner.

Act as support to EMS C2P Analysts and Associates on operational tasks including Contracting to Pay queries both from external HCPs and internal business partners.
Provide excellent customer experience through the end-to-end execution of the Contract to Pay process in a compliant manner.  This includes the pre-contracting data management for the Healthcare Professional. 
Ensure efficient and effective issue resolution across the Contract to Pay process including the pre-contract data management aspects and adherence to Anti-Corruption requirements when interacting with and engaging HCPs.
Support daily operations to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs.
Support EMS projects with a focus on the Contract to Pay process & pre-contracting data management, as well as the overall EMS team, by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in 3rd level education and ready to pursue student placement as part of an undergraduate program.
Fluency in English language essential. Fluency in another European language preferred
Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables.
