Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in commercial operations, vendor management and vendor negotiations, including agreement management.
Experience with networking or data center operations agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in a global financial and commercial operations environment.
Experience in the networking/telecom specifically with Telecom Expense Management (TEM).

Responsibilities:

Manage a commercial operations program and ensure things run smoothly.
Oversee end-to-end execution of a global multi-disciplinary commercial operations environment supported by TVCs and FTEs (contracts, payments, systems, financial governance).
Financial Project Management and Scalable Controls for Submarine Network Infrastructure projects.
Develop operational and governance frameworks to monitor the execution of critical payments and obligations.
Develop and maintain commercial operations processes.
