We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a major data centre project team. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery, coordination, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems through to final handover.

Manage BMS/EPMS package delivery from installation through to commissioning
Attend daily coordination meetings and afternoon DABs
Act as main point of contact for vendors, resolving site issues
Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals, progressing design queries
Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure commissioning activities remain on programme
Attend commissioning, client, and vendor meetings
Review L3 testing outputs (screenshots, system performance)
Inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-off
Manage and upload commissioning documentation to the Cx portal, tracking RAG status

Skills & Qualifications:

Background in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Controls
Experience with BMS/EPMS systems on large-scale construction or data centre projects
Strong understanding of commissioning and system integration
Ability to read technical drawings and manage vendor coordination
Excellent communication and organisational skills
