Our Internship Programme gives you a real opportunity to gain practical ‘hands-on’ experience, training and shadow the experts of your chosen field. It also provides you with insight into what it’s like to work with us.

During your placement as Manufacturing Projects Intern you will get experience of working with our Manufacturing Projects function and you will get exposure to various Manufacturing activities such as:

· Support MFG Projects team on current projects.

· Become familiarised with the document management system and processes.

· Complete relevant training, including on systems such as BMSdocs, infinity.

· Assist in drafting change controls, CAPA’s, investigations, improvement projects and operational safety.

· Develop detailed knowledge on the Manufacturing Processes.

· Drafting of Operations procedures, electronic batch records and other GMP documentation and provide technical training and knowledge transfer to the Operations team.

· Multiproduct and product changeover: implementing new product introductions from an Operations perspective.

· Support introduction of new products to Manufacturing.

· Lead and implement new technology solutions such as MES recipes.

· Delivery of Continuous Process Improvements on Process/Equipment

· Process/Engineering changes in support Tech Transfers and New Product Introductions.
