Business Access Manager – Ireland

Ready to take ownership of market access and make things happen?

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, proactive Business Access Manager to drive access for an innovative biosimilars portfolio across Ireland.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to navigate the Irish healthcare system, build strong hospital relationships and turn commercial strategy into results. You’ll work closely with pharmacy, procurement, clinicians and payers to secure access, negotiate agreements and develop key accounts.

Covering a broad portfolio across nephrology, haematology, oncology, rheumatology and ophthalmology, this is an opportunity to work across multiple specialist therapy areas in a fast-paced, growing environment.

What you’ll bring

3–5 years’ experience across Market Access, Key Account Management, Commercial or Pharmaceutical Sales
Ideally, strong biosimilars experience
Experience negotiating hospital commercial agreements and working with healthcare purchasing organisations
Strong relationships with hospital pharmacy, procurement, payers and key decision-makers
Experience with tenders, contract negotiations and access agreements
Good understanding of the Irish healthcare funding, reimbursement, pricing and market access landscape
Proven ability to develop account and access strategies that deliver commercial results
Strong commercial and analytical skills
Educational background in Biomedical Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business or a related discipline

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be a self-starter and a doer. Someone who takes ownership, moves quickly and is comfortable operating in a highly commercial environment.

You’ll be strategic but hands-on, resilient under pressure and confident building trusted relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders.

If you know biosimilars, understand the Irish hospital environment and enjoy turning access challenges into commercial opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note we do not sponsor Visa's for this role.
