Extensive experience delivering complex and high-profile transport planning projects, including elements of appraisal, business case and transport modelling
Well-established relationships with key transport sector clients and stakeholders across Ireland, including organisations such as TII, NTA, local authorities and government bodies.
A proven ability to win work, develop client relationships and contribute significantly to business growth.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering projects across a range of sectors and clients.
Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into successful outcomes.
Deep knowledge of Irish transport planning policy, transport investment processes and project development frameworks.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently at executive and board level.
A passion for developing people, fostering an inclusive culture and enabling teams to achieve their full potential.
A respected industry profile, with a commitment to representing WSP through professional institutions, industry forums and client engagement activities.
